Things I'm Loving!

Here are some of the things I'm loving lately!

My Vera Bradley wristlet that my sweet hubby got me for Valentine's day. It's so handy for me to grab out of my purse and throw in the diaper dag so i don't have two bags and a baby to hold. Chris got me it in Rosey Posey, it such a cute pink pattern. I love it!

My new Toms, i have been wanting a pair for a while and finally broke down and got some, Brody and I both need new shoes so we got a pair alike. There are so cute and go with anything. We also love the one for one project. You can learn more about it here, www.toms.com

Seersucker fabric, I can not wait to bust out the sewing machine and make Brody some cute shorts for summer! This mama might have to make her a tote bag, because that Amy Butler fabric is too cute to pass up! I LOVE the big oranges dots!

Last but not least, Adele Panadora Channel, she has such a beauitful voice. I love listening to her at work, it makes things so much more relxing!

That's all for now, i am hoping to have time to post Brody's birth story soon. I know it is 17 months overdue, but I need to blog it because I don't want to forget any details!

Pumpkin Patch 2020

We visited our local pumpkin patch yesterday. We were not able to go last year, so we were so happy to go this year. We were blessed with a beautiful sunny 70 degree day. It was very bright outside so it was hard to keep our eyes open for pictures. Haha.  We had so much fun in the corn maze, walking through the sunflower field, and playing in the big hay stack. We got to share some of our favorite foods boiled peanuts and nachos. Before we left we rode the hayride to pick our pumpkins and finished up the day with a funnel cake. I am so thankful for these sweet memories with my family. We will carve our pumpkins tonight and get ourselves prepped for the week ahead. I hope you have a wonderful week! Hope

10

I have neglected my little corner of the internet lately but I am back to post more life updates.  One major event was at the end of September this special boy turned 10! How in the world have ten years passed since this precious boy entered our lives?!?!? Chris and I wanted a baby so much. We prayed for this sweet boy for over a year. After a year of trying and some help from modern medicine we got a our gift from God in the form of our precious Brody Reid.  I miss the days of watching Dino Dan and Team Umizoomi with him, but it is amazing watching him grow into the big kid he is. Now his days are filled with soccer and Fortnite, but he hasn't lost his love for dinosaurs or Pokemon. We are so very blessed to raise this smart, funny, kind hearted boy.   Have a blessed week! Hope
